A large reception space is punctuated by a 36\u2019 high seating area in the form of elliptical pods floating in a shallow reflecting pool at one end and a landscaped courtyard at the other end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/yS9RSsw3ExFdqD5\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/e3XjQjY9HPty85S\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/MSFmnJ3xQcopBDz\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Towards one side, a 36\u2019 high multifunctional space with movable modular platforms is designed to be used as a furniture display space, a seminar hall or a social interaction space. A cantilevered sweeping stairway spirals asymmetrically through this volume connecting the 3 levels of the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/kGQFD8WaQweAKQy\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the spaces within the office is formed by elliptical volumes that create organic circulation spaces between them. A material palette of glass, metallic paint walnut and wood, sound insulation boards, cork and concrete accentuate each area differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/fcyF5obQm4mFQy6\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lighting is integrated into the design in multiple ways. Perforated partitions of wood fused with Plexiglas, pyramidal modules ceilings, a conference room with an installation of light-infused aluminium pipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/Wjmn9zC5NbFx8PA\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/tigtEEaXtLJwHYZ\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On each level, large openings allow natural light into the internal spaces from the northern side and unobstructed views of the factory on the southern side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/aHm64fbmrtKxtrR\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Exposed ducting &amp; exposed structural steel supports allude to the industrial space of the factory along with the steel finishes for most of the partitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img src=\"https:\/\/drive.idcloudhost.com\/s\/y3L9MTiZkoE5rc8\/preview\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the workstation areas, the discussion rooms, the cabins, conference room, multi-functional space &amp;
