The Long Waves of the Façade Create a Dynamic Impression

The façade panels intertwine in a mesmerizing movement.

The apartment building is like an architectural dance, where sinuous lines and panels on the façade intertwine in a mesmerizing movement. Upon entering each of the 20 apartments, we are enveloped by a gentle curve that guides us through different spaces.

The balcony serves as a meeting point between the interior and the exterior.

The balconies serve as the meeting point between the interior and the exterior, where sunlight dances through the screen panels, creating shadows that shift throughout the day. And as we explore each corner, we are reminded that architecture is also a sensory experience.

The two front sides of the apartment units are equipped with spacious balconies.

The building dances through long waves, different on each floor. The organic design and the panels projected onto the façade create dynamism, movement, and moments.

The façade panels provide protection from sunlight and privacy for the residents.

There are 20 apartments, each with two fronts, featuring generous balconies, that are intended to serve as living areas. It’s the “waves” that create the balconies. And they relate to the light-filled living rooms.

Gentle curves guide us through various spaces.

In each apartment, we are greeted by a curve. It leads us to different areas. It ends in the living room, and here our gaze lands on the organic balcony with its screen panels. These panels will provide emotion, protection from the sun, and privacy.

The building was designed by architect Sandra Micaela Casinha.
