Moreover, there is also a retail arcade or podium that connects the two towers. The lifestyle center also has various entertainment and lifestyle facilities: an amphitheater, an IMAX theater, restaurants, a bowling arena, a billiard center, and many more.
Thamrin Nine also houses Le Parc, a luxury mid-rise apartment complex. Le Parc draws inspiration from the concept of the Garden of Eden. It harbors several residential towers: the Mansion Tower, the Townhomes Tower, and the Terraces Tower.
The Autograph Tower, the Tallest Building in Indonesia
The Autograph Tower is the first supertall in Jakarta and Indonesia, reaching 385 m. Alvin Gozali, the Owner of this building, is proud of this achievement. It is also the highest building on the South Equator.
Several facilities exist in the Autograph Tower: an observation tower, a sky garden, and the six-star Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
The height of the Autograph Tower is 382.5 m if we count the structure from the ground floor, according to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). The height is 385 m from the ground.
The seismic safety of the Autograph Tower is 25% higher than the current building code. The building has a BCA Green Mark Platinum from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) because of its eco-friendly attributes that will bring optimal efficiency to the inhabitants.
The eco-friendly features include green space, vertical gardens, waste and water management, and bike parking. The design and architectural details are also to keep the indoor temperature cool—saving energy.
Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the designer of both Autograph Tower and Luminary Tower, is a renowned architectural firm in the United States that designed the tallest and most iconic buildings in the world. Six of the 11 tallest skyscrapers in the world are the designs of KPF: the Ping-An Financial Center in Shenzhen, the Lotte World Tower in Seoul, the CTF Finance Center in Guangzhou, and the Shanghai World Financial Center in Shanghai. KPF also designed iconic buildings in New York, including Hudson Yards and One Vanderbilt.
The height of the Autograph Tower, which reaches 385 m, will surpass the Empire State Building in New York (381 m). The latter has the first Waldorf Astoria Hotel in the US, while the former will be the first one to house the hotel in Indonesia
The Luminary Tower, the Second Tallest Building in Indonesia
The Luminary Tower is the second tallest building in Indonesia, with a height of 304 m. The tallest one in Indonesia is also in Thamrin Nine, the Autograph Tower with 385 m. An observatory deck and a helipad are available on the top of the Luminary Tower.
“This is an achievement to be proud of for Jakarta, where the capital city will have a collection of super-tall skyscrapers. Moreover, the current tallest buildings in Indonesia—the Autograph Tower and the Luminary Tower—are in Thamrin Nine,” said Alvin Gozali.
Luminary Tower will have office spaces and two hotels: the Pan Pacific Hotel (a five-star hotel) and the Park Royal Hotel (a four-star hotel). Both hotels have ballrooms, swimming pools, and other facilities. There will also be the Park Royal Serviced Suites.
UOB Group directly owns the Pan Pacific Hotel in Luminary Tower. The hotel will be on the highest floor below the observatory deck, consequently earning a spectacular view of Jakarta from above.
